Open TWLan\apache\conf\httpd.conf and search for

Code:
Listen 80

Replace 80 with any port you want, for example 10, save the file.
Start twlan and go to [http://localhost:10/] or [http://127.0.0.1:10/] (10 is the port you´ve choosen)
