Turn Apache on
Turn Mysql on
Turn Dslan on
The preffered order (after running setup_xampp.bat te first time) is:
mysql_start.bat
apache_start.bat
dslan_start.bat
because dslan_start needs MySQL, not Apache.
Then enter http://127.0.0.1/ in your browser.
