apache error 2?

um... i really have no clue what i am doing so i figure i would ask you guy's on how i might be able to fix this issue. this is what it tells me.

(OS 10048) only one usage of each socket address (protocol/network address/ port) normally permitted : make_sock: could not bind to address 0.0.0.0:80 no listening sockets available, shutting down
unable to open logs

apache could not open
press any key to continue...


what do i do to fix this problem anyone got any clues?

close skype or have you aan another xampp?

i don't have another xampp. what does skype do to it exactly? i have errors on everything now... this stinks =(. i have tried running it without skype i still have same issue. is there a special order to open these or something? it keeps saying file: c: for the dsland i use d: not c: that might be the issue and now apache wont even start... just says starting........ will eclipse work for this? is this is java format or something else? is it all in German and if it is i will need someone to help me on were i have to change the directory so it gets the right directory file it needs.
