because it is in deutsch, english version has been made badly, i have own modified version in my language, thats why i dont use it.

the englisch ini ist the same like in the dslan v1.4 in the AiO must be the same

ok, now you have to go to the admin-area.
look at the install instructions

download it
extract it to htdocs
start dslan
open http://localhost/setup_statue.php
click on "statue löschen" and follow instructions
click on "start" and then on "statue installieren" and follow after that the instructions <-- i think you've done that, so u must continue with the next step
go to http://localhost/admin/ and click on "Paladin & Statue"
click on "anpassen" (it must exist 1 village)
click on "aktivieren"
restart dslan (only dslan_start.bat if you use the bat's)
finish

d.h. ich soll probieren auf der 1.4 Bonusdörfer raufzupacken?

Bugfixes: bei der Menge an Bugs (mal abgesehen von den Umlauten) müsste jeden 2. Tag ne neue Version zum Download bereitstehen...

ersetzt ihr jedes Vorkommen von ISO-8859-1 durch Utf-8.

Ich guck mal, was ich im Bezug auf Bonusdörfer machen kan...

Wie ersetze ich ISO-8859-1 durch UTF-8?

du öffnest die datein, suchst "ISO-8859-1" und löschst das. DA war das alte Stand, fügst du jetzt UTF-8 ein.
fertig.

Mach all die Dateien auf, und drück bei jeder CTRL-H, gib ISO-8859-1 oben und Utf-8 unten ein und drück auf "Alle ersetzen".

ok, danke, ich habe jetzt alles ersetzt, dennoch sind überall anstatt der Umlaute diese '�' Zeichen vorhanden.
Was mache ich falsch?
