better settings for new players

Hello guys, can you help me, i want to make the best settings for server, when we will play on it, if new guys will join, they will have time, etc.. to build, economy , i don't want to allow top1 1 player to easy dominate all and new players.

what do you mean then with "best settings"

Any good settings to play, we are in 1 tribe ,and i want to allow new guys to grow without fast conquer them

for the line

an change it to

so the new people havegot 20 minutes time to grow

This setting will make the circle in the middle of the villages bigger. (Randnotiz)
But i don´t know, how it will be calculated.
You have to try what is best for you.
But if you change that, you have to reset, otherwise it would not work
