Do you want an English DS-Lan or a German version?
There is the German version under the following link:

There isn't an official English DS Lan yet I don't think, in version 2 there will be one though.

Thus, one I can insure you, there is no English version from DSLan, but an amount of German versions. But in the version two there will be maybe also an English one, however, I do not know.
