tja... alles entzippen, danach mache mal apache_stop und wenn es immer noch nicht geht führst du setup_xammp aus, und nacher aktualiesierst du es also gibst dann 1) ein und dann sollte es behoben werden.

ich hoffe ich konnte helfen
