There is currently only one (alpha) version available, and that's the one from 8. August.
And no, this is not normal, but not entirely unexpected, given its alpha state.
Is there any information displayed in the launcher window at the time of crashing?
And does the launcher manage to restart (as it is supposed to), or does it crash completely?
