wenn du den prozess nicht beenden kannst würd ichs mal über den dienst probieren, der ja aktiv sein müsste...
[win] + [r] (oder unten start->ausführen)
dort dann "services.msc" eingeben und ok klicken
im sich nun geöffnetem fenster nach einem eintrag suchen der iis enthällt, auf den entsprechenden eintrag doppelklick.
nun müsste ein fenster kommen, in dem du den starttyp auf "manuell" ändern musst und auf den button "beenden" klicken...
danach probiers nochmal mit dslan...
den prozess kann ich nicht beenden, in dieser liste finde ich aber keinen dienst, in dem "iis" drin vorkommt ...

yeah but this "iis" is no software, and it is also not listed in the software list, so i can't uninstall it.
Oh, I've forgotten to tell you that this piece of crapware is called 'windows components' by windoze. You should find a button / tab in the Control panel -> Software section.
