Hey,
[please awnser in portuguese/english Wink]

I am having a problem...maybe a bug...my nobleman's aren't simply able to reduce the loyalty to an enemy, barabarian, or even friendly village, is this a bug, a wrong config...etc.?

If someone knows how to get this situation fixed,
