Probier mal den Port zu ändern:
1. du gehst in [dslan]/apache/conf/httpd.conf
2. DAnn steht, wenn du ein wenig runterdrehst: "Listen 80 oder bei dir 443?"
3. Diese Zahl änderst du auf 8080 und dann nochmal neu starten (also apache) wenn du willst, auch deinen PC...

Aber irgendwie hast du schon einen WEbserver am laufen?!
Hast du ein anderes xampp?
