As far as I know, reading through the forum on TWLan 2 they are preparing a different and powerful bot within the game, I am not a developer of it but I am sure that they will provide a bot pack with the new lan coming.

Since Jascha (who was working on the bot) took over the server administration for PostOpus and is no longer a TWLan developer, nobody is currently working on a bot.
We already have some code, but with v2.0 we're not going to provide a bot, we have to focus on the basic features for now.
However, we plan to program one some time.

And by the way: pl4n3 is one of the developers of TWLan 1.4 so I just guess he knows what he's doing
