dslan_start.bat Fehler Vista

Ich habe Vista und jedes mal wenn ich dslan_start.bat starten will, piept es zweimal und dann komt eine Fehlermeldung...
ich weiß nicht weiter, hoffendlich könnt ihr mir helfen!
