Can you post the output of:

sudo /opt/twlan/twlan.sh status
sudo tail /opt/twlan/mysql/data/*.err

What distro are you using? Debian-based (Ubuntu, Linux Mint), Redhat-based (CentOS, Fedora) or SUSE?
