Run it as Administrator; rightclick on the executables, and choose "Run as..."
If you're already administrator, uncheck "Protect blablabla..." (first checkbox, not radio button).
Otherwise, select "login as..." and enter your Administrator credentials.
As an alternative, you can use Linux as server
