Tutorial: How To Make An Online TWLan Server
1: Go to Harburger Schloßstraße 28, 21079 Hamburg (Germany), and ask them kindly if you're allowed to host an online TWLan server.
If they agree, they'll provide you additional details about hosting a TW server.
Otherwise, go to step 2
2: Pay them some money or give them nice women.
If they still don't agree, go to step 3.
3: Rob a bank, but don't get caught.
If you get caught, it's over.
If you get alway with it, go to step 4.
4: You've now money for any court cases or to bribe people from InnoGames.
Pay a programmer some bucks, and he/she will set-up a server for ya.
5: You've got a server now!
