You've got a strange IP, it's in the IP range of DIS Research, Ltd. (source: http://whois.domaintools.com/168.245.161.237)
A LAN IPv4 adres should match 192.168.*.* or 10.*.*.*.
A loopback IPv4 adres should match 127.*.*.* or 0.0.0.0

Are those computers connected in a LAN?
