There is no such "DSLAN Browser", I think you meant "DSLAN Server".
Someone should translate it to Portuguese, we can't do that for you as we can't speak it
All you need to do is translate htdocs/lang/de.ini to htdocs/lang/po.ini and adjust a line in htdocs/include/config.php to use po.
