I don't want to create anything...
The only problem is that when I try to open Files like game.tpl they say that I must download eAccelerator so that a can read it

xou mean files like game.php? you can*t read it beacause they are encoded and to decode the files is illegal!

Then why do they tell us to download eAccelerator?

That's information for developers, you as end user should not edit/open those files directly, but start apache+mysql and open http://localhost/ in your browser.
