Ds lan language

Hello! I'am Portuguese me too, and I have DsLan in Version Portuguese.
But at the Moment i don't have the ds lan in portuguese.
I love ds lan, and I will make a proposal for the admins for DsLan.
I can help in building the DsLan because I can program, and codify the DsLan, I can also help with scripts, to help the dsLan.

I just need to get dsLan decoded to perform modifications.
to modify the language of your Dslan should go:
htdocs / templates / file to change language
