Apache hat nen anderen Pfad als mysql , da steht bei Aapache_start.bat C:\dslan\... und bei mysql_star.bat C:\users\alexander\downloads ...
Sicher das du alles richtig gemacht hast ? Entferne C:\dslan mal und entpacke es neu dahin und dann ganz normal setup_xampp.bat
