Part of our agreement with InnoGames was that the TWLan had to be kept closed source in order to prevent easy tampering with the imposed restrictions. Hence it is not available to the public.
That said, ARM and AArch64 are targets that we hope to support one day. Unfortunately, this day has not come yet though.
I myself did some testing and fiddling on ARM, but the results are nowhere near usable. For ARMv7 I was able to make it compile, but not run. I don't remember what the issue was, but it the web server wouldn't launch at all.
So, for now there's no TWLan for ARM I'm afraid.
