Start Xampp_Setup
Click 1 -> Enter
Apache_Start
MySQL_Start
DSLan_Start
http://localhost

Barbarian = http://localhost/admin
buildings = (DSLAN)/htdocs/include/configs/

You can choose other speed in: (DSLAN)/htdocs/include/config.php
