which version are you use?
-> go to /localhost/admin -> "editme"
than you see a page, where stands "login gesperrt" -"ja " or "nein"
klick on "nein"
than its ok!
Schildkröte: "nichts ist langsamer als ich!"
Schnecke: "ich bin ganz sicher langsamer!"
Und dann kam der Internet Explorer...

i think it was right, what you´ve written...
htdocs/include/config.php
in line 21 is this text:
$config['lang'] = "de";
change it to:
$config['lang'] = "en";

because "en" don't exists in my version.

You said you were using the newest version 1.4.
If so, there must be 'en'.

no he doesnt use 1.4
he uses 1.3
