Help with setup

So if anyone speaks english or can lead me to the english DS Lan forum, that'd be awesome.

So anyways, how do I setup my world to have barbarian villages and how do I set how many points they are or default buildings?

Also, how do I enable demolition? THANKS!

Start Xampp_Setup
Click 1 -> Enter
Apache_Start
MySQL_Start
DSLan_Start
http://localhost

Barbarian = http://localhost/admin
buildings = (DSLAN)/htdocs/include/configs/

You can choose other speed in: (DSLAN)/htdocs/include/config.php

Many thanks. How do I edit them? They seem to refresh some other way when I use notepad or wordpad.
