localhost not open

I ran the setup_xampp, then apache_start, all as the readme said. but after the explorer, i put localhost / admin and the page does not open, is just as not ave internet! What could be?and localhost also not open

you must start apache_start.bat, dslan_start.bat and mysql_start.bat.

problem solved i put http://127.0.0.1/ it works
exist english language?
