When I try the command to install 1.4 I get this message:

sh: Can't open ./twlan-1.4.3L1.sh

I don't know what to do, can anyone help please?

Did you even read the install instructions?

Clearly or it wouldn't say "Can't be opened" and instead say something along the liens of cannot be found.

However I have found my answer to this but come short on another problem.
I downloaded the AiO 1.9 and extracted it over to my original htdocs but I gain a missing /lang/de.ini file but when I go there it's not missing. So instead I copy paste the files over 1 by 1 but then some stuff doesnt work like awards and chat etc it comes up permission denied?
