LIBEAY32.DLL error Solving(not fixed)

Hello!

As i said in the Questions I have an error when i starting the 3 cmd programs(dslan_start.bat, apache_start.bat, mysql_start.bat).The error say's: "The ordinal 3879 could not be located in the dynamic link library LIBEAY32.dll.". I know that the team he knows this problem. Finally the only repair that i have found is: I was talking into the persons that have the same problem. Well, just do not open the dslan_start.exe. Well the problem is . . . Why? Well.

Results: When the dslan_start.exe is open the error of LIBEAY32.DLL, will not close. What i mean: You must restart the computer to close the message.

A small fix: If the message appears when a cmd window is open just close the cmd's windows and the message will not appear any more.

Results: If you open the 3 cmd windows and not the dslan_start.exe you can close the message!
I searching for fixing but for now i haven't found anything.

You haven't to restart you PC you can use the Taskmanager

Well thats the confusing, i tried with the task manager but this didn't works! The message will appear again!!

You have to kill cmd.exe

I have the problem too..!
You can close the message, if you kill the process in task manager.
I have often do it.
