The following message is given when entering http://localhost/admin/?screen=logs:
"aLang Error: Language File for de doesn't exist!"

Looking in $GLOBALS, I notice that a Smarty variable is missing:
$tpl->_tpl_vars->...

Is there a patch available, so I don't have to download the whole file?

I'm working on a optimized portable apache/mysql build for windows/linux.
There will be two versions:
- basic version (just apache+mysql+htdocs+basic howto/troubleshooting)
+ developer version (phpmyadmin+???)

I'll start a new thread with that build if it's ready.

As I added a few more bugfixes it would be best if you just redownloaded the whole file.
