Then you have to subtract an hour.
Example:
If it is 11:12 (by you),in Switzerland/Germany it is 10:12
If you want to know, whats the time in Germany/Switzerland you can google "time germany" .

Look, if you see a row "Spielerlimit" in the description, it will be a round with some free places.
And then you have add 1 hour to the time in the description.
