A Tip:
Don't use 1.3 Databse in 1.4!!
Creating 1.4 Database
Go to phpmyadmin, delete all tables in "lan", copy the content of /htdocs/full_sql.txt in the SQL-Tab and execute it.
Then go to adminpanel and do Hard Reset.
