Well you can make everywhere empty things. You can have a village name without any name but only 3 space's and so on. you have to trim before you put anything in your database!!

The developers of DSLan didn't care too much about inout filtering/sanitizing.
You can use backslashes too, even in player names.
Too bad it is closed source.

why should we care about filtering? nobody would hack a true lan, because there's no real use of doing that. Wink

Well if you play on a lan than there are players who try to hack it.

And empty village's name's etc are very annoying on a lan game.
