I can not play with my friends because I have a dynamic IP, what to do?

Do you play local? Or with the Internet? Your ip is just all 24 hour an other...

At my ip starts with 83., Everybody has a different ip address. Is this a problem?

i think you mean your internetip. you need your local ip to play with someone
