when i click on setup_xampp.bat, its says
The system can not find the path specified.
Sorry ... Can not find php cli!

Oh, you must extrac the files!!! Du mustn't open it in WinRAR! Then it must run.

no you have to extract the files first and then start XAMPP.bat!

Do it running? Then write in you adress-bar in your Browser "http://127.0.0.1" oder "http://localhost" Then you can see the tribal wars startsite.
Your Friend or your Brother must write in his Adressbar in his Browser your loacl ip. It means, the second PC must write in the adressbar your local ip. You get you localip so:
1. Go to "Running?"
2. Write in it cmd
3. Then it must come a Black Window. There you must write in: ipconfig
4. Now you have your local ip in IPc4-Adress.
