sicher, das du alle drei dateien an hast? sonst wären nicht alle ports frei. hast du das andere xampp aus?

lade dir Ds Lan nochmal runter und installiere es neu

hast du noch ein anderes xampp auf dem pc? beende mal alle andere programme und starte dann dslan neu.
