There is nothing that can be explained better.
It is not possible for LAN because you need an internet connection because TV uses teamviewer.com to establish a connection.

Ok, but i meant, i have on both computers internet connection, just want to get the fastest connection between my computer and other computer in LAN, isn't it too slow , when i send 100mb file through team viewer to server computer with time 1minute14seconds?

Ethernet (How I did it)
Or just create a new Network on one PC and join it from the other one.
sorry you was right before it only connects through web and it depends on my upload on connection, sorry again.
