You would like TWLan to be arabic? I've been thinking of working together with Peter to translate it to Arabian. Please be patient

I would set the encoding to Utf-8.
Then scan your templates and admin/templates folder for "<meta" (shouldn't be much more that 10 files) and change the "charset"-Attribute from "ISO-dont-know-what" to "Utf-8". (Else the letters would be displayed unreadable)

My modificated version (soon to be an official one?) is completely made UTF-8 compatible. if you're translating it, could you post a link or send it to me? I'll include it in my package.
