I Followed the steps and the localhost worked but once the other comp enters my ip he gets this:

Nur lokale Netzwerk IPs erlaubt! Dieses Spiel darf nicht im Internet betrieben werden!

Try 127.0.0.1.
On some systems, localhost resolves to an IPv6 address ( ::1 ), which is not supported by DS LAN.
