Its your own Xampp or this from DSLan?
tit's my own xampp, because the Dslan xamp does't work
You need a Xampp with PHP4. With PHP5 doesent function

try setup_xampp and prees "1" than enter, whait for the line "drücken sie eine beliebige taste" an prees enter

You need to use php4 and download the eaccelerator module. If you aren't familiar with that you should better try to get the dslan xampp to run...
